Joe Truscello and Kelly Marquis opened Sapori Italian Grille during September of 2013. The longtime friends acquired the
location and saw an opportunity to make changes to the small traditional ristorante. Chef-owner Truscello has brought a decidely modern approach to his classic, homemade Italian
cuisine. Locals can enjoy great "casalinga" homestyle cooking and more than 100 wines at modest, reasonable prices. Our menu features classical Italian dishes of pastas, veal
and seafood, unique salads and hand cut, dry aged steaks.
Sapori, which means "flavors", begins with the highest quality food products. Many are imported from Italy,
however, we try to use as much local and organic ingredients as is feasibly possible and employ simple scratch cooking techniques with generous portions. In addition, we offer
at your request, many whole wheat and gluten free pastas as well as vegetarian and vegan preparation methods and will gladly prepare dishes to accomodate any of your dietary
needs or special requirements.
Dine in the main dining room, the cozy lounge featuring full liquor, or the alfresco style patio (seasonal).
Currently, the lounge and main dining room accomodates approximately 65 and the patio 30. With the expansion of the restaurant in August of 2014, we are now able to accomodate larger groups for
dining or private parties as well. Reservations are not required but are always encouraged to gurantee a table. Just give us a call at (440) 933-4360
